Elevation 5900 is a restaurant that is located just off of Main Street in downtown Parker, Colorado. When I first moved to Parker in 1994 it consisted of a K-Mart, the hardware store, McDonalds and only a few other places. Since then it has grown tremendously and now has every type of restaurant from major fast food chains to fine dining places such as Trappers Chop House. This past Sunday I had the opportunity to visit Elevation 5900 for brunch and was impressed with the quality of the food.
Elevation 5900 is a restaurant that I would say is towards the higher end of the restaurants in Parker. My brunch was about $14 and was a smaller portion, but every bite was a delight. Although I went there just before noon it wasn’t very busy and we were the first ones in the restaurant. When we sat down we were greeted with a friendly staff and quickly attended to. For an appetizer we ordered their Mediterranean plate which included some delicious cheeses such as goat cheese, prosciutto, olives, and light bread. This was a great treat and was a very large appetizer. I ended up boxing it up and taking most of it home because it was so big.
Overall I enjoyed my experience and thought the staff was very friendly. If you are ever in Parker make sure to give them a shot!
